					<description><![CDATA[I can absolutely relate to this. I would love to go out for walks too, thought currently I do this through some mindful deep breathing which I often do while lying down after finishing work in the evening. Also, doing a few stretches twice a day helps as well! Great experiment, thanks for sharing. :)]]></description>
