Thanks so much for reading the blog and taking time to comment. :) I&#039;ll look into this. I can tell you that I&#039;ve tried with almond milk and it does not froth for me on the stovetop. If I&#039;m making an iced latte, I often shake up my oat milk and get a reasonable froth before I pour it over the ice. In fact, the texture of oatmilk reminds me of frothed milk--in a way. I&#039;ll have to try whisking it hot and see what happens.]]></description>
