Thanks so much for reading the blog and taking time to comment. 🙂 I’ll look into this. I can tell you that I’ve tried with almond milk and it does not froth for me on the stovetop. If I’m making an iced latte, I often shake up my oat milk and get a reasonable froth before I pour it over the ice. In fact, the texture of oatmilk reminds me of frothed milk–in a way. I’ll have to try whisking it hot and see what happens.
